From the tooting-our-own-horn department…

It’s been exactly four months that the three-year collaboration between Nina Stössinger and Hrant Papazian saw the light of day thanks to FontFont. Nina’s Ernestine typeface (which features an Armenian component nicknamed Vem, designed by Hrant) has been fortunate to garner critical acclaim for its singular style and exceptional onscreen performance. And now that the numbers are in for the first quarter of 2012, we’re happy to report that Ernestine’s sales are quite encouraging as well!

In a further show of design bravado Nina has additionally launched a site dedicated to Ernestine.
